Erasmus+ projects managed with institutional criteria
Professional placements and European cooperation with structure, process control, and support from start to finish
Two areas of activity, one shared approach
Mobility and European cooperation managed with the same structure, rigour, and responsibility.
Supported work placements
We design and coordinate Erasmus+ mobilities by aligning the training profile with the professional environment.
How we do it:
- Verified match between the participant’s profile and the company
- Our own network of trusted companies
- Coordination and follow-up throughout the mobility
- Documentation and evidence at every stage
Cooperation focused on transfer
We develop European cooperation projects designed for use in real training contexts.
How we do it:
- Starting point: real sector needs
- Established network of European partners
- Validation in real training contexts
- Rigorous documentation and coordination at every stage
Behind every project stands a clear commitment with:
Bring Erasmus+ closer to VET centres and European organisations
Link every mobility and European project to real training
Bring institutional criteria and continuity to vocational education and training
Connect training with the business ecosystem
The EVIC process
A five-phase process applied to every project.
Definition
We define the project objectives based on the expected outcomes, set the scope, and establish the key requirements that will guide the following phases.
Preparation
We design and coordinate the project launch by activating the collaborator network, planning operations, and organising resources.
Matching
We finalise the fit between the parties involved before the start, defining roles, responsibilities, and coordination channels.
Follow-up
We support the project throughout its implementation in a documented way, sustaining the work of all parties so the defined objectives are met.
Results
We analyse the evidence collected, assess whether objectives have been met, and document the results at project close.
Part of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce’s Training Hub
EVIC is the European projects unit of the Training Area of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce.
We work at the intersection of vocational education and training, business, and internationalisation, with an integrated position within the Chamber’s institutional ecosystem.
This position allows us to support each project from the inside: with an ongoing relationship with the collaborator network, access to real training contexts, and our own institutional criteria.

Operational context: Valencia
A diverse business ecosystem
Valencia is Spain’s third-largest urban area and the capital of the fourth-largest regional economy. Its business ecosystem combines industrial tradition with a sustained commitment to innovation and digitalisation, and its Mediterranean location strengthens its connection to European and international markets.
What it brings to a professional placement:
- A diversified business ecosystem built around SMEs
- Sectors with a tradition of hosting
- A city suited to close follow-up
- Established European connectivity
Valencia combines the economy of a regional capital with the practicality of an accessible city.
A structured, supported internship programme.
Each stay is built around the company placement, with an end-to-end proposal tailored to the needs of each centre and participant.
Each mobility is designed to fit the centre. Tell us about your case.

How we work in cooperation
As an operational partner in European consortiums, we bring method and direct connection to the training ecosystem.
In practice, this means:
- Technical review of outputs with specialist teachers
- Classroom piloting with students – Evidence collection and documentation
- Production of materials adapted for classroom use
- Access to the Chamber’s training network: training centres, schools and businesses
Our projects
Our partner network combines diverse profiles: vocational training centres, universities, chambers, foundations, and companies. We work continuously with a recurring core of partners, building stable consortia that bring together training, research, the public sector, and business. We currently have active projects in the areas of inclusion and diversity, gender equality in STEM, Erasmus+ mobilities, sustainability and climate change, food, health, and gastronomy.
